New format- shakin’ it up!

Mission

Five years ago, I started writing the Weekly Wisdom with one goal in mind: to elevate leadership. I wanted to offer practical insights, fresh perspectives, and access to brilliant minds across our community. This is for those of you who are serious about challenging your thinking, open to new approaches, and committed to growing your leadership impact.

Vision

My hope is that these insights become more than just a read—that you share them, discuss them, and apply them in real-time with your teams. If even one idea sparks a shift in how you lead or connect, then this work is doing its job and you are showing great leadership.

Challenge

I know your time is precious. That’s why I’m committed to keeping things relevant, concise, and actionable—less than a 3-minute read–always. No fluff. Just real value that you can use everyday.

Change

Let’s shake things up. Growth takes repetition, reminders, and approaching things from renewed angles. So, going forward you’ll still receive the Weekly Wisdom, but every other week instead of weekly. As an alternative to the longer format, I’ll send short prompts, reflection questions, or quick hits to help with integrating and applying previous ideas. Consider them small nudges with big potential.

Invitation

These are challenging times for leaders—and you don’t have to navigate them alone. I’d love to be a partner in developing your growth. Coaching creates space for clarity, courage, and transformation—just ask the leaders on my website who’ve shared their stories.

If you’re ready to explore what’s next for you, here’s my Calendly link. You are worthy, and you will be amazed by what can happen.

Weekly Wisdom

Great leadership is rarely taught, but it can be mastered. I break down complex topics and offer insights, resources, and challenges to help you strengthen your skills, build confidence, refine your mindset, and lead high-performing teams.
